DELIVERY
Jalo delivers in mainland France and all over the world. The products are sent via letters or tracked parcels for which you will receive the contact details, in order to be able to follow their progress. You will receive the products within 5 to 8 days for mainland France and within 7 to 15 days for international delivery- except personalised products for which you will receive a more specific time.
RETURNS
You have a right of withdrawal, which you can exercise without reason except for personalised orders, within 7 days of the delivery of the order, which will be exercised by returning at your own expense new products accompanied by the order number to the following address:
